Help transferring new preset to specific bank

I have always used the Fractal Bot to transfer the A bank to where my B bank lives on the Axe Fx. Today it won't transfer the bank at all even though it just did the firmware update. Borne's sysex program did transfer the new bank A to my Axe Fx bank A though. My problem is I want it in bank B on the Axe so bank A can be my gig patches.

use axe-edit - tools, axe-manage presets. hold SHIFT to select multiple presets. click and drag, wait while it's processing.

Solution?

I just did this same exact thing today and all worked fine. I did the firmware update, then used Axe edit to delete all old presets, then used Fractal bot to stick the new A presets in B. Then just reloaded all my backed-up gig presets in A. All went good, no probs. Maybe reboot everything and try again?
