Help Me Dump (preset banks, that is)!

I did read the WIKI. My Ultra says "Dump in progress...", but nothing's happening in my Sysex Librarian. I've got MIDI OUT on the Ultra connected to MIDI IN A on my MIDIMan 2x2, which is USB connected to my Mac. I chose "A" as my Sysex Librarian destination. There's no evidence that Librarian is receiving anything. Please help. FWIW I've had no problem in the past using this set-up to upgrade Ultra FW, etc.
