Headphones output left and right reversed?

I hate to bring this old thread up again but I have sent 2 emails to support and ask nicely for a replacement cable for the headphone output but got nothing. My Ax II was purchased back in June. Can someone from FA just pick this up? Thanks in advance.

We are moving to a new email server and the email got misplaced. I found it and the cable went out today.
