Harmoniser Help

Im not to informed on scales,but have a basic idea,I'm doing the solo on Hold the Line by Toto
the last few bars of is harmonised,I play in the original key,I've had several attempts at recreating the harmonies, but sounding like a dogs breakfast.Could Someone do this for me and explain how it's done.

Pitch Block, Intel Harm - Key/Scale of Gb, Aeolian Min. Set Voice1 to -3. Mix at 37.5%. Works for me. However, someone might have an even better setting. If you look in the AxeFX II manual, there's an explanation of how to configure the Pitch Block.

I use Pitch Block, Intel Harm- Key A Major, Voice 1 set a +3 .... Mix around 38%, inserted in the Effect loop side not in front of the amp
a lot of delay too....lol
