I've had this bug up my butt to have a lefty neck on a righty body. I got this done in 2009ish to my US Deluxe:

After awhile, I got a MIM Strat as backup & decided I was going to put a lefty neck on it too. Seen here, just to the right of the Deluxe:

Then I really got to liking the maple neck on the MIM, but thought it'd look better on the Deluxe, but I couldn't just stick a righty back on there! I think the color combinations are perfect now:

Custom waterslide decal I fiddled with in photoshop/illustrator until I got it juuuuuuust right:

Next to the rosewood neck, now mounted on my MIM:

I'm going to remove the FSM badge too. Right now, the Deluxe is at my luthier getting setup. Should be gig worthy in a few days.

Not pictured was the MIM completed. It's now got some Texas Specials in it & a complete luthier setup.

This is what happens when you don't know jack about coating guitars (my handiwork on the rosewood neck)!

Here is what real work looks like, by my luthier. Nitrocellulose coating, same custom logo (on the maple):

I've got Grover 406c locking tuners on both guitars. I love these! Even have the 3x3 version on my Les Pauls. Note the lack of anything needed to lock them, just tune:
