For the cable between your Axe-FX and CLR (or whatever) doesn't matter much electrically, because the Axe-FX has a lowish output impedance. Any well made guitar cable will be fine.

Correct! It really won't make an entire world of difference, just make sure you are using something professionally built. And built to last for that matter!

Just as a heads up to everyone that is making their own cables we do offer the Mogami, Canare, Evidence, etc. Our version of cable has 1/2 the capacitance of the Mogami 2524 and Canare GS-6 and is lower $$.
