Global setting output level

Hello, i have fx3 from one week, using fx3 stand alone only with headphone what is the correct level between +4db and -10db?

I hear a bit of difference in tone, maybe a bit bigger setting +4db, but not in volume level.

I don't believe there's anything in the manual covering this but the -10dBV/+4dBu setting is only applied directly to the Outputs 1 and 2. While the headphone output monitors output 1, it has it's own amp built in so it isn't affected by this setting.
