GC Pro help...really just double checking

Just got my Axe FX 2 and am starting to think about getting it programmed. i have a Ground Control Pro that I have set-up for my current rig. Can I just use the Axe's learn function to set up fx for instant access, so that a.) the reprogramming of my GC Pro will be minimal, and b.) I can use 1 controller for both rigs?

Yes. Just set the GCP to IA

Cool. Already have it set-up for 4 presets/8 IA for my G-Major, just wanted to make sure that I could just use the same cc's that I have programmed for my G-Major to toggle the same fx in the Axe. I was pretty sure that I could, just haven't done any foot controller programming for awhile and am a bit of a midiot..
