as the song goes - i woke up this morning and my ax fx 2 was completely dead..........

called G66 the european distributor and they said it must be the power supply -

3 days later ne psu appeared in the post from germany and was a doddle to fit.5 mins if that.

Axfx back to full health again......

G66 customer service ( for europe) was fantastic - thank you susi issler

it just goes to show that the after care package with the axfx is as good as the unit itself

greatly recommended
 
Agreed I had loads of questions and concerns and they provided the best and most honest customer support I have ever received on any product I have ever purchased.
 
They also helped me when my main board didn't work..They are the best costumers support ever :)
 
My fiancé loved the chocolates and it was her yes that made getting my shiny axe fx2 a possibility so thanks sussi for making tone a reality
