FX Loop not working

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to use the FX loop of the Axe to send an unprocessed signal to my Peterson Tuner. In Axe Edit I place the FX Block and have tried connecting to it from the input as well as splitting the main signal before any processing. The problem is, I get no signal from Output 2. I have tried different things to see if it would solve it but no luck. Is there something I'm missing on the I/O page?

I just tried using the "Brown" preset, #39. I added the FX Loop block on the 1st row, 5th column just above the amp block. First I tried splitting the signal before the amp and sending it to the FX Block, which I thought would be fine since there is really no return from the tuner. I also tried returning the signal after the cab block. The last thing I tried was creating a new path from the input directly to the FX Block then to the output. None of these worked I'm afraid.
