Overall... (this is just my opinion) it's a little muddy, and could use some clarity.

Are you trying to match the Shortest Straw tone? If so...

Too much low mids, not enough high mids. That album has lots of bass in the guitar (and virtually no bass guitar at all.) There is a pretty big notch though in the low mids. I would put a PEQ in front of the amp, and sweep the low and low mids doing an A/B with the recording (if you are trying to match.)
