A function (perhaps in the menu 'tools') would be appreciated that deletes all shunts and move the other grid blocks accordingly to the now freed grid positions. While maintaining the current row-to-row connections which always get lost when moving a block.
I used to layout my multi-row presets with some shunts for a clear overview. With the new firmware versions (that eat up a bit more CPU power) I've found that I need to reduce older presets by 2 - 3 percents to avoid slow switching behaviour etc. Deleting all shunts and moving the remaining grid blocks accordingly helped. But it's tedious to, for instance, remove ten shunts in three or four rows, move the blocks, and reconnect the rows.
In this regard, it would be useful to keep/maintain the existing row-to-row connections when a complete column is deleted and all following columns are moved to the left.
