Hi there, I've recorded an album collaborating with a singer good friend of mine, 9 songs of classic heavy rock stuff. All the electric guitars were recorded using my Axe Fx Standard.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Sorry for the english pronunciation, we are from Italy ;)
Here is the link on iTunes if someone is interested in buying the album at a very little price (it's also available from other online store).
And here is a full song on youtube:

I like this song Danilum! Some Black Sabbath, with Dio sounds going on in there... Right down my alley. Good job!

I wouldn't change the mix at all.

There you go!
The band was previously around with another name, playing classics from Rainbow and Black Sabbath (mostly Dio era), so those are the main influences :eagerness:
Thank you so much for appreciating our work.
Cheers
Danilo

Hi there!! good job!! I like a lot the guitar sound, could you tell what you used for recording??

good luck and thanX

The guitar is a Gibson Les Paul Traditional with stock classic '57 pickups and the Axe FX is plugged direct to the soundcard (Focusrite Saffire Pro24 DSP).
The main patch for the rhythm guitars is FAS Metal into 2 stock cabs, 4x12 Metal with RE16 mic and 4x12 30w with R121 mic.
Thanks for the positive feedback
bye
Danilo
