From MK1 to MKII TURBO, but now what?

Where are we now with this? Just spent a couple of years off the MKI with a MKII Turbo arriving Wednesday. How have firmware updates and the improved hardware panned out? Not just for monster presets but accuracy and realism?

Hey there

In my experience, there is no difference between MK1 and MK2 besides the extra powah, the screen and the leds. The rest is same/same. Its just a beast of a machine!

I was wondering if the was any spread past the obvious. Possibly due to firmware updates.

How well do the full res IRs help with amp in the room tone? That is the one thing I can't try on my FM3...

the same differences remain at this time. Fractal tries to get everything in all models of the Axe3 and so far has been able to.

Only way to get amp in the room is run a power amp to a cab. If you have those, you’re all set.
