Any of you guys that use a friedman small box 50 with an fx-8 have a favorite drive/boost for leads on the BE channel? I have tried a bunch and made a lot of presets but just curious about your thoughts...
especially a boost that does not add a lot of brightness just gain/compression and maybe more mids. I tend to lower the tone and drive on the overdrive as I do with real pedals such as many guys do with the tube screamer method.
