Fractal-Bot and Axe-Edit connection problems

HEllo guys,

I need your help.
I wanted to upgrade my axe fx II but impossible to connect fractalbot to my axe fx II.

I tryed to re install fractal bot, USB driver but nothing change, still impossible to dial between softs and Axe FX II.

Same problem with Axe Edit.

So please help me.

Are you connected through USB? Does the software start up? If it does try using another USB cable because that one could be bad.

connections via USB. The softs are starting up really great. And I tried to change several Time USB cables
 
I did have a few issues with the connection between my AX8 and the AX8 software where it didn't connect properly. I had to restart both and reconnect and finally it worked out but that process took a few times. This only happened after I updated the software but since then I haven't had any issues so it may correct itself with some effort.
