I don't know how many of you have experienced a problem with your Fractal Audio gear and needed to contact support, but I can tell you they are amazing. I've never seen a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and always willing to go the extra mile for customers. We all know how lucky we are to get these free (and frequent) firmware updates, which is unheard of elsewhere, but to have such a great support team backing up these stellar products is another great benefit we have. Kudos and many thanks to the entire Fractal Audio team!
