You can do limited scene changes with PC Mapping.

Nothing more that I can add, I don’t have a III and don’t know anything about how MIDI on it works, ie., if it has changed from the II. If not, don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

I think the main thing is that CC#s are not "predefined" on the Axe Fx III like on the II.

So for simplicity it would make sense to set CC for Scenes to 34 (default Axe Fx II value).
