Fracpad III

Uuuh … I have to admit: I remembered falsely.

Using CME now for long time I accidentally mixed up the function of MD-BT01 and the (dis)function of (Xvive) CM1 in my memory.

So, now to be correct:

In my environment:
Yamaha MD-BT01 did work properly.
CM1 did not work properly.

That’s my personal experience, not more, not less.
Your environment may give you different results perhaps.

So sorry, if I mislead someone unintentionally.
What Mac or Windows device do you connect to via Yamaha MD-BT01?
I have an Iphone SE 3d generation, and an Ipad 7th generation(OS 17.5.1). Thank you!

I downloaded it and tried the light version.

Seemed to work, but the version is not full functioned and I guess Im worried about crashes and the like but it seemed helpful because I record via the usb so I can’t use fm3 edit unless I switch usb chords which is a hassle? Just kind of an expensive app and I don’t want to waste $44 dollars?

I experienced similar problems using the Yamaha MD-BT01. No work possible.
Contacting AlGrenadine, he told me, that the Yamaha causes problems and does NOT work properly with Fracpad.

Using CME Wireless MIDI adapters Fracpad works fine and very stable.

Previously I tried the CM1 Connector (now Xvive) which works fine with Fracpad, too.

MD BT 01 is a device developped for keyboard users. I tried with FM3, it worked but impossible to integrate it in any daisy chained midi configuration. I changed to a CME WIDI THRU BT6, works flawless
