This is a great deal on a unit that is still very capable in 2021. I bought one recently, loved it, sold it, bought another one and can't bring myself to get rid of it even though I have an Axe-FX III.
Works great in 4CM with a tube amp which would be an awesome 2021 application.

I had helped a friend by dialing in his Ultra when he purchased one two years ago.
I quickly remembered why I liked the one I sold many years before and I ended up purchasing 3 of them myself shortly afterwards
I did end up selling/trading two of them last year since I realized it was probably an overkill to have 3 of them
The one I kept will always be kept since it has a different sound than the AX2 and AX3 and I feel it can provide me with additional amp tones and effects for songs that might need something different sounding than the AX2 and AX3 recorded tracks.
Also, I was able to get it to sound killer through my tube amp as well
