FM9 intermittently has no output signal on power up since FW6 update

Apologies if this has already been raised elsewhere. After updating my FM9 to FW6, there is sometimes no signal output when i turn the unit on If i turn it off and on again it seems to resolve itself. I re-installed FW6, and it hasn’t happened the last couple of times, but not sure whether it’s resolved. i’m assuming it will rear its head next time I gig! Anyone else experienced this?

Just had this happen to me with FW6, rebooted and all OK.
 
I had this happen prior to FW6.0 too and I may be wrong, but it seemed to occur when I switched my powered monitor on first before turning on the FM9.
