FM9 Froze

Hey guys, I just got an FM9 turbo. Tonight while we were trying to figure out midi to ableton and had a USB plugged in my FM9 suddenly froze. I tried rebooting and now it’s just stuck on the green FM9 screens tried to reboot countless times and the same thing. We are supposed to put our gear on the trailer tonight to head to Canada for a 3 week tour. Is there anyone I could contact to get help for this? Or any idea what happened? Firmware 4.0 is what was on the FM9. Any info would be greatly appreciated asap. Thank y’all, I appreciate it

Have you tried disconnecting everything waiting a minute or two then power it back on without connecting anything to see if completes a boot?

I have, still nothing sadly.

First try holding EDIT on startup. If that doesn’t work, try the instructions for the emergency bootloader

Thank you guys! The hard reboot with home and edit buttons both held down worked thank goodness. Guess I need to update from 4.0 to fix this from the new beta release notes!
