FM9 Firmware Version 11.0 is now available for download:
https://www.fractalaudio.com/downloads/firmware-presets/fm9/11p0/fm9_dsp_rel_11p00.zip

An updated version of FM9-Edit is required for use with this release:
https://forum.fractalaudio.com/threads/fm9-edit-1-03-19.218391/

New Dyna-Cabs
A Dyna-Cab update is required unless updating from firmware version 11.0 public beta #1 or #2.
The required Dyna-Cab file is included in the zip file for this release.
Please follow the instructions in the included Firmware Update Guide and Dyna-Cab Installation Guide.

Preset CPU and Factory Presets

This firmware version includes major improvements to sound quality and performance. As a result, some presets now require more CPU. Older Factory Presets may exceed 80% CPU usage, especially on the standard (non-Turbo) FM9. To address this, new Factory Presets have been created for firmware 9.0+. These are not installed automatically and must be downloaded separately:

Im totally confused now.
On 11 beta # 2 preamp tube hardness for ecc83 on my presets made with 11 beta #2 was 2.6 on 100w plexi jumpered and 2.2 on same amp with presets made under earlier firmware.
Now its 2.2 on all presets for ecc 83 with 100w jumpered plexi
Which is correct value 2.2 or 2.6?

Now we can officially say, it goes to 11. Thank you!!!

EDIT - I noticed in the actual firmware notes in FractalBot this is address - no need to do anything. Says existing presets will updated to default values (for others with same question).

As far as the preamp hardness setting for presets saved under the 11 beta firmware. Does the new release version automatically update presets to correct value? (as in none of the prior steps of changing away from preempt tube type and back again to save setting).

I know that unless the release notes say to do something, it's not necessary - just confirming no steps needed and done by default with firmware? Assuming this is the case, that's
great news, and thanks for the update!

Does this include the auto tube hardness fix for those of us that upgraded to 11b1 so we don't have to manually reset?

What's the most reliable way to upload the Dyna Cabs without getting an error message.
With version 10 could not access the Zip file so I don't think it' was installed correctly.

Haven't fired up my FM9 for a few weeks since I have been playing my AM4, but am going to use my FM9 this weekend,so fired it up, and FM9 Edit told me
there was a new offical update - Whoo hoo!!!

Came here looking for this answer as well - was the amp soft reset feature updated to tickle the preamp tube hardness or is that still untouched as it was in 11.0b2?

EDIT: just installed, changed the preamp tube hardness to 0, hit soft reset on the amp channel, and can confirm that it did NOT update to the factory setting for the selected tube (12AX7A Syl) which appears to be 5.72 on the 6G4 Super, so that's a bummer. Guess we're still in manual fix land.
