FM3 stopped communicating via USB

My FM3 stopped communicating over USB a few months ago. I reset all the paramaters but still wont communicate. Fractal Bot and Editor dont see the unit. I replaced the USB cord and still nothing. Any ideas??

From the FM3-Edit 1.02.00 thread:

Starting with firmware 2.00, FM3-Edit 1.02.00 (or greater) is required to communicate with the FM3. Previous versions of FM3-Edit (versions 1.01.10 or less) will not work with firmware 2.00 or greater. FM3-Edit 1.02.00 (or greater) will continue to work with all previous firmware versions.

This would have been prior to the FW 2.0 Beta release so I would suggest contacting Fractal Support.
