FM3 Scene Changes

Is there any way to set up scenes in a CPU intensive preset where you have a normal delay in one scene and a multidelay like a circular or pan delay in the other scene? I have a preset that barely has enough CPU and if I add another block, it will overdrive the CPU. I assume channel changes wouldn't work in this case cause they are two different block types. Also, can the order of effects be rearranged in different scenes like putting a chorus before the amp in one scene and after the amp in another scene.
 
The block layout is fixed within a preset. You can use scenes only to change channels in those blocks or to bypass/unbypass them.
 
You need to change presets for both scenarios.

Scenes change block channel and on/off.
