FM3 into Fryette PS2 Newb

Hello,

I need some help. I have a new FM3 and a Fryette PS2. I want to run the FM3 into the Fryette and a traditional 2x12 cab. Do I have this right? XLR to balanced 1/4 TRS cable . I run from the FM# output 1 into the Line in of the Fryette and turn off the cab sim but leave power amp modeling on.Does balanced vs unbalanced matter? Or should I be running it into the effects return of the Freyette. Thanks.

That is exactly what I do with my FM3/PS2/2 x 12 setup. I made a "Humbuster" cable from the manual.

I use the Out2L.
This way I can use out1 for FOH
Out2L humbuster cable into line in
Power amp sim enabled and cab sim disabled
