Too many options! :? I'm having trouble deciding on my monitoring setup. So hopefully some of the guys on this board can help me with my lacking knowledge.
Made a list of the things I need/want:
Still not sure if I want to go powered or just have a separate power amp, but want whatever will get me closest to what most house systems sounds like (again so I have my presets fitting perfect when there is little or no sound check)

Be able to utilize all of the sims available to the Axe-Fx
Loud enough to be used if there is ever a gig without a house system
Sound as close as possible to the house so that my presets require little tweaking (if any at all) and have whatever I'm hearing be what the audience is hearing
Total cost of setup ~$1000
