First live gig with my XL!

So yesterday I took my XL to a gig. Hooked it up to a Marshall Jimi Hendrix cab and sounded awesome! (It made me consider getting a cab with greenbacks, the one I own has '75s)

In the middle of the fourth song, out of the corner of my eye I see... The freaking rack case fell from top of cab and landed face first on the ground!!! WTFF?!? Lol it didn't stop producing sound! I continued playing, finished the song and propped it back on top of the cab! (I think it being an angled cab was the reason the rack fell, mine is a straight cab). I finished my set and packed it up and didn't even want to inspect it for damage until this morning.

The coolest thing: NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH ON MY GEAR!!

So yeah, the Axe FX sounds great and it's also roadworthy! :encouragement:

A lucky break for sure...

Could be worth checking that any ribbon cables etc haven't jolted out of place - they may still be ok now, but a few more gigs and you might get an unexpected surprise

Definitely find a better solution for next time too!

Talk about luck, congrats on not trashing your Axe. By the way a green back cab is a real mans cab :lol .
