Had my first gig tonight with the FM3. I've been gigging for the past year with my FM9, but I've had and FM3 since it was released. Unfortunately it was released during Covid, so by the time I got back out there, I had the FM9. I decided to build a little pedalboard with the FM3 as a backup and decided to gig it tonight. Anyway...
With the 8.0 beta, I sounded better than I've ever sounded. I mainly stayed on a Plexi preset for crunch, an SLO-100 for more gain and also for lead, All the amps seemed more present, with more girth than I had noticed previously, and I had no difficulty cutting through the mix, even with another guitarist. I was using the same presets I've been using with the FM9, just with minor tweaks for the Cygnus X-3 update. Just fantastic.
