These are on the stupid deal of the day at Musician’s Friend for $299. Any thoughts on using these with the AX8 compared to some of the other contenders?
 
Looks like a hell of a deal....not sure if it truly FRFR, prolly not, likely a fine PA spkr ...haven’t heard it though......
 
I will let you know, just bought one, wood cab, bluetooth are nice features at that price

Looks like a discontinued product...? Doesn't spec the frequency range with dB range anywhere. It seems to be able to go quite loud though.

Alto, JBL, and Turbosound seem to make PAs with bluetooth, around $300~400.
 
Just as a followup this thing sounds great.
It is as good as a CLR?
I doubt it, but I don't have one right now to compare it with.
Tough to beat at $349 which seems to be price now.
