Notice the guy on the right? That is probable the client and he knows what's in the boxes and its okay to throw them. That is nothing compared to the overall journey that most packages take for both small package carriers.

I work in the logistics industry so I have experience with carriers. They really do strive to get every package there; on time and totally intact. It costs them in the long run if clients place claims against damages. Of course there are the Ace Ventura, HDS employees but it is very rare.

PS: I have no affiliation with either carrier. I just use them for a butt-load of freight!

Good! I would have done the same. There is no excuse to do your job in this fashion a bad work ethic is just bad. The funny thing is it would have taken her longer to sort out the mess that was being made .
