FCB1010 with UnO

Hey guys I've tried searching for this problem but haven't had success.

So currently I am programming my FCB1010 through the FCB Control Centre software and I have been able to get my stomp boxes to turn off effects but not turn them back on (tap tempo works too). I have tried to find answers on this online but haven't found any solutions yet. What could be the issue? Thanks!
 
Hi Jason, I have my stomp boxes on the top row. If they are on in your normal preset the LED wont show on. When you press a stomp the led will lite. You then have to press it again to turn it off.The Led will now be off. to turn it back on in the said preset press it again, it will turn on and the Led will now stay lit untill you switch it off again. The same condition applies when you change presets. Attached is the Ripwerks set up I use with other notes as well.
