Fc12 issue who to contact

Button 3 on my fc 12 popped out and is not fixable. I do have a backup. Is that button easily fixable or do I need to send it in. Who do I contact

It is the FC 12 Mark two and the pin in the middle that you push down on to change presets is what popped out

Contact support. They can probably provide you with a replacement switch actuator.

Here's a video I found of someone showing some pics of replacing the switch on their FM3. I believe the FC units use the same 3 switch PCB assemblies as the FM3 and the FM9. The FC-12 just has 4 sets of them. The actual electronic switch is soldered to the PCB. The external part you hit with your foot is just an actuator. The part that takes the beating can be replaced separately. Smart design.
