FC12 - Bank up/down skipping 6 presets each time

When I'm backing up or down on my FCF-12 my presets are skipping presets in increments of 6 each time in either direction.

Anybody able to kindly assist? Im sure its prob a setting somewhere. Ive not dug deep into the controller settings so a bit clueless

You are looking to change something called Bank Size. I don't have a unit in front of me, so I can't tell you exactly where it is located. From the manual, it should be here:

Thanks. Now going up in the correct increments however now I can reach my presets in the higher banks... hmm

There should be a lower/upper limit for the Bank increment/decrement buttons.
