FC-12 Start setup

I'm new to the axe fx lll world just purchased a new axe fx lll and FC-12 controller I cant seem to get the fc-12 to work I follow the setup guide till it gets to reset page hit enter nothing happens I don't want to hit reset because I don't want to mess up anything..please can someone take pitty on an old pedal playing dinosaur and help?

How is it not working? What reset page are you talking about?

Is the FC12 powered on? Are the displays blank?

If so, yes go to Setup > FC then page right all the way to Default Layouts.

i'm not sure what you're saying here.

i'm familiar with the manual. could you answer my questions above? if your layouts are blank, do what i said above.

Load default layouts I'll do what you mentioned thanks! yes it does light up

yes. if the displays are blank and there are no functions on the switches, you'll need to put the Defaults in.
