Regarding Q1 - the foot controllers do NOT come with a power supply. (This is different from the MFC-101 days, so I confirmed with support... no PS provided.)
Thank you - I bought their FC-12, the new one. I love it. I've already got my foot switches custom programmed. Yes, I just run an XLR cable (mic cable) from the back of the Axe to the foot controller and I'm all set.
