I've been trying to assign an external footswitch ( Boss FS7) to control the Filter block bypass ( I want to set up a null filter as a boost in each preset). I see that there is an option in the I/O global menu which allows you to do this (or change x/y state of a block) but I can't get it to work. I'm running the latest firmware (10)
I can switch the block on/off if I "attach" the Boss FS7 to a modifier controlling the bypass state directly in the filter block though.
I'd like to try and understand why the first approach isn't working though as it would be easier to do it this way across multiple presets. Could it be a bug or am i missing something?
If anyone has any suggestions on how to get this working, I'd love to hear them.
