Hey all, Im currently experimenting with some different pedals. I prefer an external drive pedal and clean boost before the axe-fx. I also want to include the Ditto Looper X2 to free up space on my MFC101 (I don't use the looper mode on MFC).
Is there a way to connect these pedals to the axe-fx/MFC to still be controlled via MIDI in unison w/my scenes and presets? Is there a analog/MIDI interface I need to achieve this?
Lastly, when using the Ditto Looper X2, where should I put it in my chain? I need the Loop to retain what was recorded so naturally I would insert it after the AXE-FX or use the FXloop...problem is I run a W/D/W rig (FRFR stereo and Mono Cab in the center) and need my FX loop for the Cab... and I want the LOOP to be output through the FRFR speakers instead.
