Expression pedal with toe switch?

I use a pedal with a toe switch. unengaged the pedal acts as an expression pedal for delay, phaser, etc. Engaged, it turns on the Wah.

Can you use the toe switch as a solo boost on all patches? press for boost, press again to turn off boost kinda thing?

Configure as a stand-in switch and use it for whatever you want.
