Expression pedal not working, when changing scenes

My expression pedal of my FCB1010 suddenly stops working after changing scenes?!
I use expression pedal 2 with a modifier for my multidelay mix.

When you change scenes, is the multidelay still on?

Yes, I also use a volume block, this one is controlling normally expression pedal 2 of my fcb. This one also stops working out of the blue, when I controlling swells and go through scenes.. Thanks!

By the way great tutorials on your blog! It helped me a lot with setting things up on my Axe II

was the pedal off when you saved the scene?

Set it where you want it in that scene and save enter enter again.

No it was engaged. Yes I did, no difference here..the controllers both stop working, and I have to re-calibrate via Axe II, then the cycle begins..
