Expression Pedal help . More like depression pedal

I have the AXeFX 3 MArk 2 Turbo So i picked up the Fractal express.ion pedal . After a dozen youtube videos and the sad fact that i cannot find anyone to call and help me set it up i am stuck. . So here seems to be the problem:

When i go into Main Menu, FC Controllers , Remote. Set pedal 1 to Continuous, and then go to Pedal 1 Calibration, the Orange colored menu page has the calibrator all the wah to the right and does not move when i try to calibrate....Help
1. Using TRS 2. I tried with input 1 and 2 on back of Fractal , same problem . Pedal is pretty much new. So on the Pedal 1 Caibration display in Orange it says "Move pedal 1 through range of motion. The calibrator icon does not move and is pegged all the way right. And i havwe already followed all prior steps based on 4 similar youtube videos. I tried to find a help number but apparently after you drop a ton on this device getting a real help person on ther phone is not possible. That sucks. Id even give my phone number to anyone who can help. Thanks ahead of time

Don't go to "FC Controllers" in the menu. That's for the FC floor controller configuration. Instead go to the I/O menu, page all the way to the right to the "Pedal" tab. This is where you want to do calibration when the pedal is plugged into the back of the unit

Even though this is for the FM9, it will also work for the axefx3. This is to use the pedal jack in the back of the AxeFX3 --not-- the FC12 or FC6 foot controller.

thanks and yes i went to the i/o page first and it calibrated fine. and now i got it working . not sure what i did but its working . Thanks for video. It helped as well.
