Sounds like you had the Pitch block before a mono cab block? Stereo 'Detune' effects are usually best after the cab block. Or use a hard panned Stereo cab block if you need to preserve any stereo effects that are before it

Yeah the direct quote from the info under the AXE FX III website is " A new Pitch block with improved pitch detection provides whammy, double-tracking, harmony, detune and more with astounding tracking and fidelity." Perhaps they just meant two harmonies at once and not the conventional meaning of double tracking guitars.
