After a years worth of successful (no issue) updates, I went from 7.xx to 8.02 and fried my eprom apparently when I cycled the power too soon. It wouldn't boot and many leds were lit.
Not knowing what happened, I emailed FAS and got a response within the hour.
They sent me a new eprom next business day!
Up and running with 8.02 (eprom already loaded with 8.02)!
