Ethercon cabel - does it come with angled connectors?

Yes, I guess the titel says it all: I am trying to make my pedal board as narrow as possible, and since I have the MfC-101 MARK II, I need an Ethercon cabel with angled connectors. Does this even exist, I can't seem to find any ...

Couldn't you simply take the guts from the straight connector and put them into a 90 degree XLR housing? I believe that everything else would be equal and this would be very easy to do. if you aren't able to do it yourself, any cable or local repair shop should be able to do the work, and it should be very short money. You can get the parts on line anywhere.
