When editing foot controller layouts in FC Edit and FC Per-Preset, it'd be convenient to be able to use the arrow keys to move around, with the selection tracking the movement. If we wanted to reset (cut)/copy/paste we should be able to use the standard shortcut keys for the OS to move the switch's definition.
