Bug? Empty factory cab banks

New user of FM9 here. The unit arrives yesterday, but when I test it, some scenes don't sound at all. Looking at the cab asigned, i see that factory 1 and factory 2 banks of cabs are empty (only the first one are there), and when i assign some legacy cab, it sounds ok. After reinstall firmware and factory presets, the factory cabs still are not there. I dont know that more can I do for restore factory cabs. Some idea?

Is this new from Fractal or used?

Reload the latest FM9-Edit, then force it to “Refresh After New Firmware”. It won’t hurt to reload the 4.01 firmware either. With both, read the instructions included in the distribution archive to confirm the steps.

If that doesn’t help then talk to support.
