New user (48hours); making good progress, -Axe Fx setup with amp and cab along with GCP and two (GCP) attached working volume/expression pedals.
A question has come up, -how do I assign the function of the "EFF BYP" button/usage on the layout screen to a GCP instant access button? I basically just want to be able to turn a patch's effects on an off via the eight instant access buttons.

*** Dug around in I/O and the ctrl page and found the wahwah1 and wahwah2 BYP. Hit enter and set wah1 to button2 on the GCP and wah2 to button3. However, in my existing patch it does not actually bypass the wahwah effect. Am I missing a step or setting?****
*** More digging, found a mistake I made on the GCP config (missed the midi channel being as 01 on all 8 instant access buttons). I also couldn't get the axe to use Eff Byp settings linked to the GCP input, e.g., wahwah1 byp liked to GCP button 3.
In the end I had to setup external 3 linked to button 3 on GCP and then set this is wah's bypass setting.
Long way round? Don't know, but it works for my needs.
