I have a disabled friend who would like to connect an Echo Dot "Alexa" to the landline (UK) and the solution at one time was the Echo Connect. This sounds ideal but is no longer available. (why?) anyone still using one and are they any good ? Just incase I can track down a used one.
Or is there another product/way to do this?
