Dual amp setup

I was wondering if there is a way to use 2 Line6 MK2 HD100 heads with the AxeFx.I am not interested in using the effects on the Line6 heads,just the tube sound,and I want to run in stereo.I would like to control channel switching on the heads and effects switching on the AxeFx with my MFC.Is this possible? Any help is appreciated.

If for channel switching you mean changing the preamp model on the head you can control it with cc or pc midi messages, just program a couple switches on the mfc on a different midi channel with those Ccs.
Anyway in my opinion, since the head preamps are digital models too, you'd better use the ones on the axe fx, more choices and less troubles in configuring your patches/scenes
