Driver installation problem

Have rebooted my PC and I`m trying to install the driver for AX Fx-II

Get ...failure code 105..

Am running Windows 7 Professional

Any tips/advices

Thanks for helping. I`m not getting it..been trying different locations. My be admin rights /job PC problem.
I wanted to install new firmware tonight.. that is my first issue..

using Fractal boot.... But It wount wor without the driver installed

Just in case you can't solve the problem for now but have to install firmware tonight: You can still do this using the midi port of the Axe-Fx and a midi cable. It would take a little more time as the classical midi connection is slower than midi over USB - and of course you would need a midi interface.

I switched to my old laptop... it all works fine. Dont know way... Anyway I can uppgrade the firmware
